Due to the perishable nature of fresh floral products, all fresh floral sales are final.
However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of your fresh florals, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with a photo and order details. We will gladly review the concern and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds for fresh florals are not guaranteed.
Special orders: Sales are final and items cannot be removed or canceled once the order is placed. You may continue adding items to your order.
Hard Goods
Hard goods (including but not limited to décor, vases, tools, and non-perishable merchandise) may be returned under the following conditions:
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or wear.
